Assalamualaikum.

Hari ni aku nak share sikit tips untuk peniaga online yang jual barang/ product secara online melalui instagram ke facebook ataupun blog dan macam mana nak bagi customer tu tertarik tergoda dengan apa yang kita jual walaupun customer tu tak kenal kita dan cuma jumpa ig shop kita berdasarkan hashtag atau apa yang dia search. Mcm mana nak bagi customer tu tertarik hanya dengan klik sekali pada username kita je dia terus scroll down sampai bawah dan yang paling untung, dia terus follow dan berminat nak beli!

Tips ni gua bukan cilok kat memana. Ini pendapat saya sebagai customer apa yang kami nak kami cari kami suka bila beli barang secara online ni. Amalkanlah. Kompem customer senang masuk. Sbb aku selalu mmg akan elakkan peniaga online yang ada perangai tak best mcm kat bawah ni.

1. Jangan private instagram/ facebook/ blog anda.

Ini yang paling penting sebenarnya. Bila ko private insta kau, then masa tu aku tengah search barang aku nak beli, entah esok lusa pukul berapa pulak kan kau nak approve? Sah-sah aku akan stalk ig orang lain dan beli kat orang lain. Ada org mcm aku ni, tak kuasa nak tunggu lama-lama, kalau boleh masa aku stalk barang tu masa tu jugak aku terus wasap si penjual kalau aku rasa aku minat barang tu. Then, mcm aku yang duduk ceruk kampung ni nak g bank in gua mmg tak laa nak kua banyak kali. Kalau kita bank in esok, belum tentu postage esok kan? Ada org dia nak bank in cpt sbb nk brg cpt smpai. Jadi nampak tak betapa banyak implikasi kalau uolss private akaun anda. Kira camni laaa:

Kahhkahh. Maka say goodbye lah to your new customer.

2. Letak harga barang pada gambar/ post anda.

Ini pun tips jugak ni. Sbb biasa aku cari barang kat ig pakai hashtag. Baru2 ni aku carik vietnam mask kat insta. Mata aku terus pandang gambar mask vietnam yang siap ada harga. Kebetulan harga dia pun murah. Terus aku save nombor dan lepas aku stalk kejap, aku deal dan esoknya aku bank in duit. Nampak? Terus aku batalkan niat nak usha online shop yang lain. Sbb? Adanya harga yang terpampang pada gambar. Lagi satu, bila kita terus update harga pada gambar, ia juga akan menjimatkan masa customer tu. Tak payah laa dia nk kene tunggu kita nak balas pertanyaan dia dan kita pun tak susah susah kena explain banyak kali tentang harga barang tu. Ada penjual yg jenis busy gila kita pm hari ni pun dia reply entah bila. Lol. Aku pernah weyh. TIGA HARI woiiii aku tunggu akak tu respond! Fuhhh. Padahal gua nak tanya harga skincare jek pun! Masa tu instagram tak femes lagi. Mmg sabo je laaaa. Apa lah salahnya kau letak je harga barang tu sekali.

3. Upload/ screenshot gambar feedback customer bila barang dah sampai dan juga sentiasa update testimoni

Faktor ni penting bila kita nak menambat hati customer sebenarnya. Sebab tak semua orang kenal kita. (Lain laa kalau femes ke. hehehee) So bila tak kenal, mungkin dia susah nak percaya kat seller tu. Yelaa, zaman sekarang ni penjual menipu banyak. Sebagai customer ni, kena jugak ambik langkah hati-hati. Gilaaa sayang kot duit dah bank in sekali kena tipu! So biasanya org akan lebih percaya kat penjual yang sentiada update number tracking, update feedback cuctomer yang barang dia dah sampai, screenshot perbualan dia dgn customer, update testimoni customer ataupun diri sendiri. Maknanya, aku sebagai customer ni sah-sah laa sejuk hati bila nengok tu semua dan tak was-was nak berurusan sbb dah ada rasa percaya.

TAPI.

Jangan buat testimoni palsu pulak! HARAM JADAH namanya. Dosa masuk api neraka nanti. Tak halal duit kauuuuuu.

4. Mesra pelanggan

Bila customer tanya dekat komen, tolonglahhhh jawab. Jangan biar org tertanya-tanya yaa. Nanti pelanggan lari. Dan sepenat manapun anda, segeram mana pun anda pada customer, jangan sesekali post rasa marah ke menyampah ke caci maki ke yang anda ni tak suka org banyak tanya lah, tak suka tu lah ni lah. Nak post boleh, tapi jangan marah-marah yee ye. Takut tau nak beli belah dengan kakak garang garang ni.

Aku pernah beli kat FJBEAUTY14. (search kat insta nanti awak jumpa). Akak ni aku bukan kenal pun. Aku beli ngan dia pun sbb gua mmg suka stalk barang kat insta. Aku berkenan nak beli dgn dia sbb akak ni best sangat, sebutir butiran semua betul2 dia explain kat aku pasal produk aku nak beli. Baik sangat weyh dia. Mmg best berurusan dgn org mcm ni. Sangat mesra pelanggan. Siap nasihat aku mcm mcm lagi pasal produk tu. Lagi satu dia ni suka bagi gift kat customer dia. Hooho. Gua masa tuu dapat detox tampal kat kaki tu. Nak tahu apa aku beli? Hahahaa. Kena lah tengok sendiri kakak tu jual apa. Malu I nak mention sini dehh.

Okay cukup lah 4 kan? Hahahaa. Nanti kalau ada lagi saya share lagi. Pendapat aku, nombor satu tu yang paling penting. Anda rasa? Kalau aku, menyirap weyh time best best search barang private pulak. Pehh. Kalau mood baik, gua follow laa. Kalau mood menyampah, HAHAHAAA tataaaa !

Nak gain follower memang penting, tapi kalau public lagi best kot. Ramai orang boleh terjah riang gembiranya.

Going to the beach relieves stress.

The number one benefit for hitting the beach is stress relief. As soon as you exit your vehicle and step out into the sun, you feel the calming effects wash over you like water. Both the sun and the waves combined work to completely relax your body, release you from your aches, and free you from daily stresses. Not only is serotonin almost immediately released when you arrive on the beach, (serotonin is a key hormone for relaxation and happiness), but the sound and visuals of the beach and ocean are simply so soothing and peaceful.

It’s for the calming effects of the sound that crashing waves are often chosen for sleep machines. Additionally, light therapy is something that’s actually prescribed by doctors and therapists to help patient’s combat anxiety and stress.

After just a few hours at the beach one of the greatest benefits a person will experience is a truly wonderful night’s sleep later. For insomnia sufferers looking for a natural remedy, the beach is a definite recommendation. Even before the 1800’s, physicians have been “prescribing” patients with vacations to the beach to help combat various ailments such as depression, anxiety, stress, arthritis, and more.
